|
|
-
Opportunities are created for maximum participation in
each code.
- Whilst all sport is played on a competitive basis,
great importance is placed on the spirit in
which it is played. Good sportsmanship, enjoyment and commitment to the
sport is vital.
- Parents are urged to uphold our aims and support us in
this endeavour as children learn
best by example.
Any parent who would like to assist us in coaching by
offering their expertise and time will
be very welcome.

Athletics is held in the first and last term. In the first term we
have Inter House Athletics, where the learners qualify to be part of
the athletics team. Other athletes may also attend practises in
order to improve. The school team participates at the Inter School
Athletics Championships, where athletes stand to qualify for the
Germiston team and even the Gauteng Championships. Our athletes are
required to play by the rules, show pride in their school and be
respectful to their competitors. We hope you will join us for the
fun and excitement of the Athletics Season.
